About Alberto Ovalle

Alberto joined the Sotheby's team in 2013, and has since guided numerous clients through housing searches and apartment listings with discretion and care.
 
Born and raised in Morelia, Mexico, Alberto studied engineering and computer science at the Institute of Technology in Morelia. He moved to the US in 2000 and has enjoyed careers in hospitality and real estate. Having had a strong start at Gibson Sotheby’s, Alberto now serves as a mentor to new Real Estate Agents with the company, a role for which he was chosen by veteran agents who recognized his natural capacity for teaching and leadership.
 
Alberto has firmly established himself in the Cambridge and Boston real estate community, leveraging his strong interpersonal skills and market knowledge. He participates as a member of AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America) and has a REALTOR® designation. He joined the Lauren Holleran Team to add depth and capacity, and he helps round out the team with his sharp analytical skills, clever use of technology, and abundant affability.
 
When not aggressively pursuing new opportunities in real estate, Alberto can be seen riding his motorcycle to the yoga studio, salsa dancing, or hanging out at his favorite Korean pool hall. Oh, and we're pretty sure he'll be the Mayor of Cambridge someday.
